Has your part developed a manufacturing defect? Submit your warranty claim easily through our portal. Eligible products are covered by up to 3 years' warranty against manufacturing defects (legal warranty, RDL 7/2021).

How it works

  1. Describe the issue and upload supporting evidence (photos or video) through the portal.
  2. We review the claim and confirm whether it is accepted or rejected, always providing a reason.
  3. If accepted, arrange and pay in advance for tracked shipping from any country, including the country of origin of the goods; no shipping label will be issued. Provide the carrier, tracking number, proof of shipment and invoice.
  4. If the warranty claim is covered, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard shipping costs after auditing the invoice. Optional insurance, extras, or avoidable excess weight or volume caused by incorrect packaging are not covered.
