1. Compatibility and contents: This product may relate to an exploded-view diagram (parts diagram). When the diagram is available, only the part circled in red is included. If there is no circle, only the OEM reference shown in the title is included. If you have any doubt about what is included, write to us before buying and we will confirm it. Manuals, guides and installation assistance are not included.

2. Compatibility with your vehicle: For parts that require it we will ask you for the vehicle identification number (VIN) right after your purchase, during order preparation. We use it to verify compatibility before shipping anything. If you would rather be sure beforehand, send us your VIN via chat and we will check it with you.

3. Delivery timeframes: The timeframe shown on this page is already calculated for your country from recent shipments: that is your reference. If your order is delayed, we will let you know. The planned maximum delivery period for this destination is 90 calendar days from order confirmation, unless another period is expressly agreed or mandatory law requires a shorter one. Estimated dates are indicative. If your shipment goes through customs, clearance procedures may delay the estimated delivery. If this happens, we will review your order and let you know the available options.

4. Shipping and return costs: You have 30 days to request a return under our commercial policy: up to day 14 without giving a reason, and from day 15 to 30 if the product is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Your country (United States) is outside the European Union: you arrange the international transport yourself, tracked, to the warehouse your order was shipped from, and declare it at customs as a return of goods. You send us the carrier, proof of shipment and invoice through the link you receive. Duties, taxes and clearance fees, on both the original shipment and the return, are payable by you and are not refundable. The amount applied to the return depends on destination, weight and volume, according to the policy you accepted at purchase. Optional insurance you take out yourself is not refundable.

5. Installation: All our products must be installed by a qualified professional. Assembly instructions are not included and we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.

6. Warranty: Up to 2 years of the seller’s commercial warranty on manufacturing defects for eligible products. It does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility where the VIN was not verified. We review every request before authorising the shipment. If accepted, you arrange and pay for a tracked shipment upfront — under warranty we never issue a label, whatever your country — and provide carrier, tracking, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty is upheld, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard transport after auditing the invoice and comparing at least three equivalent services. Optional insurance, extras and surcharges for weight or volume avoidable with correct packaging are excluded.
