3. Delivery timeframes: The timeframe shown on this page is already calculated for your country from recent shipments: that is your reference. If your order is delayed, we will let you know. 6. Warranty: Up to 2 years of the seller’s commercial warranty on manufacturing defects for eligible products. If accepted, you arrange and pay for a tracked shipment upfront — under warranty we never issue a label, whatever your country — and provide carrier, tracking, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty is upheld, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard transport after auditing the invoice and comparing at least three equivalent services. Optional insurance, extras and surcharges for weight or volume avoidable with correct packaging are excluded.
