3. Delivery timeframes: The timeframe shown on this page is already calculated for your country from recent shipments: that is your reference. If your order is delayed, we will let you know. Your order leaves Spain and enters your country (United States) through customs: on top of the timeframe on this page you need to add international transit and customs clearance, which are outside our control. Import duties and taxes are payable by you at destination. Shipping and return costs: Your country (United States) is outside the European Union: you arrange the international transport yourself, tracked, to Spain, and declare it at customs as a return of goods. 6. Warranty: Up to 3 years on manufacturing defects for eligible products. It does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility where the VIN was not verified. We review every request before authorising the shipment. If accepted, you arrange and pay for a tracked shipment upfront — including from Spain, we do not issue a label — and provide carrier, tracking, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty is upheld, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard transport after auditing the invoice and comparing at least three equivalent services. Optional insurance, extras and surcharges for weight or volume avoidable with correct packaging are excluded. Outside the European Union this cover applies as the seller’s commercial warranty.
