2. Compatibility with your vehicle: For parts that require it we will ask you for the vehicle identification number (VIN) right after your purchase, during order preparation. 3. Delivery timeframes: The timeframe shown on this page is already calculated for your country from recent shipments: that is your reference. If your order is delayed, we will let you know. Your order leaves Spain and enters your country (United States) through customs: on top of the timeframe on this page you need to add international transit and customs clearance, which are outside our control. Import duties and taxes are payable by you at destination. There is no harmonised legal delivery deadline for this destination: we commit to the timeframe shown on this page and will tell you if it changes.

4. Shipping and return costs: Your country (United States) is outside the European Union: you arrange the international transport yourself, tracked, to Spain, and declare it at customs as a return of goods. You send us the carrier, proof of shipment and invoice through the link you receive. Duties, taxes and clearance fees, on both the original shipment and the return, are not refundable. The amount applied to the return depends on destination, weight and volume, according to the policy you accepted at purchase. Optional insurance you take out yourself is not refundable.

5. Installation: All our products must be installed by a qualified professional. Assembly instructions are not included and we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.

6. Warranty: Up to 3 years on manufacturing defects for eligible products. It does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility where the VIN was not verified. We review every request before authorising the shipment. If accepted, you arrange and pay for a tracked shipment upfront — including from Spain, we do not issue a label — and provide carrier, tracking, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty is upheld, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard transport after auditing the invoice and comparing at least three equivalent services. Optional insurance, extras and surcharges for weight or volume avoidable with correct packaging are excluded. Outside the European Union this cover applies as the seller’s commercial warranty.
