1. Compatibility and contents: This product may be related to an exploded-view diagram (parts diagram). If the diagram is available, it includes only the specific part mentioned in the title / description or identified by its corresponding OEM reference number. Not all parts shown in the exploded-view diagram are included. For any questions about the included parts, contact us before placing your order.

2. Vehicle identification number required: During checkout, in the cart, there is a section where the vehicle identification number (VIN) must be provided. If this number is not provided when purchasing parts, we will be unable to verify compatibility with your BMW. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

3. Delivery times: The estimated delivery time for our products is 2 to 7 business days if they are in stock in Spain 🇪🇸, and 7 to 14 business days if they are in stock in Germany 🇩🇪. In some cases, the timeframe may extend to up to 30 business days due to manufacturing, availability or logistics circumstances. For personalised products or products configured according to the vehicle identification number, processing before shipment may take an additional 7 to 14 business days. If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping and return costs:

• For physical returns within Spain, we provide a label. Outside Spain, the customer arranges tracked shipping and provides the carrier, proof of shipment and invoice via the link received.

• The amount applicable to the return is calculated according to the accepted policy and may vary by destination, weight and volume. Optional insurance purchased by the customer is not reimbursed.

5. Installation and warranty: All products must be installed by a qualified professional. Installation instructions are not included and we are not responsible for faults resulting from incorrect installation. The warranty of up to 3 years covers manufacturing defects in eligible products, but does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility if the vehicle identification number was not verified before purchase. The claim is reviewed before return shipping is authorised. If accepted, the customer arranges and pays in advance for tracked shipping from any country, including Spain; no label is issued. The customer must provide the carrier, tracking details, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty is covered, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard shipping after auditing the invoice and at least three equivalent services; optional insurance, extras and excess weight or volume avoidable through incorrect packaging are excluded.
