You send us the carrier, proof of shipment and invoice through the link you receive. Duties, taxes and clearance fees, on both the original shipment and the return, are payable by you and are not refundable. The amount applied to the return depends on destination, weight and volume, according to the policy you accepted at purchase. Optional insurance you take out yourself is not refundable.

If the warranty is upheld, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard transport after auditing the invoice and comparing at least three equivalent services. Optional insurance, extras and surcharges for weight or volume avoidable with correct packaging are excluded.
