1. Compatibility and contents: This product may be related to an exploded-view diagram (parts diagram). If the diagram is available, it only includes the specific part mentioned in the title/description or identified by its corresponding OEM reference number. 2. VIN required: During checkout, in the cart, there is a section where the vehicle identification number (VIN) must be provided. If this number is not provided when purchasing parts, we will not be able to verify compatibility with your BMW. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

3. Delivery times: The estimated delivery time for our products is 2 to 7 business days if they are in stock in Spain 🇪🇸, and 7 to 14 business days if they are in stock in Germany 🇩🇪. In some cases, the timeframe may extend to up to 30 business days due to manufacturing, availability or logistics circumstances. For customised products or products configured according to the VIN, processing before shipment may take an additional 7 to 14 business days. If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping and return costs:

• For a physical return within Spain, we provide a label. Outside Spain, the customer arranges tracked shipping and provides the carrier, proof of shipment and invoice through the link received.

• The applicable return amount is calculated according to the accepted policy and may vary depending on destination, weight and volume. Optional insurance purchased by the customer is not reimbursed.

5. Installation and warranty: All products must be installed by a qualified professional. Installation instructions are not included and we are not responsible for faults resulting from incorrect installation. The warranty of up to 3 years covers manufacturing defects in eligible products, but does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility if the VIN was not verified before purchase. The claim is reviewed before shipping is authorised. If accepted, the customer arranges and pays in advance for tracked shipping from any country, including Spain; no label is issued. The customer must provide the carrier, tracking number, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty is covered, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard shipping cost after auditing the invoice and at least three equivalent services; optional insurance, extras and excess weight or volume caused by incorrect packaging are excluded.
