1. Compatibility and contents: This product may be related to an exploded-view diagram (parts diagram). If the diagram is available, it only includes the specific part mentioned in the title / description or identified by its corresponding OEM reference number. 2. VIN required: During checkout, in the cart, there is a section where the vehicle VIN must be entered. If this number is not provided when purchasing parts, we will not be able to verify compatibility with your BMW. Responsibility for verifying compatibility before purchase rests with the customer.

3. Delivery timeframes: The approximate delivery time for our products is 2 to 7 working days if they are in stock in Spain 🇪🇸, and 7 to 14 working days if they are in stock in Germany 🇩🇪. In some cases, the timeframe may be extended to up to 30 working days due to manufacturing, availability or logistics circumstances. For personalised products or products configured according to the VIN, processing before dispatch may take an additional 7 to 14 working days. If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping and return costs:

• For physical returns within Spain, we provide a shipping label. Outside Spain, the customer arranges tracked transport and provides the carrier, proof of shipment and invoice through the link received.

• The applicable return amount is calculated according to the accepted policy and may vary depending on destination, weight and volume. Optional insurance purchased by the customer is non-refundable.

5. Installation and warranty: All products must be installed by a qualified professional. Installation instructions are not included and we are not responsible for faults resulting from incorrect installation. The warranty of up to 3 years covers manufacturing defects in eligible products, but does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility if the VIN was not verified before purchase. The claim is reviewed before return authorisation. If accepted, the customer arranges and pays in advance for tracked shipping from any country, including Spain; no shipping label is issued. The customer must provide the carrier, tracking information, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty claim is covered, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard shipping costs after auditing the invoice and at least three equivalent services; optional insurance, extras, and excess weight or volume resulting from incorrect packaging are excluded.
