1. Compatibility and contents: This product may be associated with an exploded-view diagram (parts diagram). If the diagram is available, it only includes the specific part mentioned in the title / description or identified by its corresponding OEM reference number. Not all parts shown in the exploded-view diagram are included. For any questions about the included parts, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Vehicle identification number required: During checkout, in the cart, there is a section where the vehicle identification number must be provided. If this number is not supplied when purchasing parts, we will not be able to verify compatibility with your BMW. Responsibility for verifying compatibility before purchase lies with the customer.

3. Delivery times: The estimated delivery time for our products is 2 to 7 working days if they are in stock in Spain 🇪🇸, and 7 to 14 working days if they are in stock in Germany 🇩🇪. In some cases, the timeframe may be extended to up to 30 working days due to manufacturing, availability or logistics circumstances. For personalised products or products configured according to the vehicle identification number, pre-shipment processing may take an additional 7 to 14 working days. If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping and return costs:

• For physical returns within Spain, we provide a shipping label. Outside Spain, the customer must arrange tracked shipping and provide the carrier, proof of shipment and invoice through the link received.

• The applicable return amount is calculated according to the accepted policy and may vary depending on destination, weight and volume. Optional insurance purchased by the customer is not refundable.

5. Installation and warranty: All products must be installed by a qualified professional. Installation instructions are not included and we are not liable for faults resulting from incorrect installation. The warranty of up to 3 years covers manufacturing defects in eligible products, but does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility if the vehicle identification number was not verified before purchase. The claim is reviewed before return shipment is authorised. If accepted, the customer must arrange and pay in advance for tracked shipping from any country, including Spain; no shipping label is issued. The customer must provide the carrier, tracking, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty claim is covered, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard shipping cost after reviewing the invoice and at least three equivalent services; optional insurance, extras and excess weight or volume caused by incorrect packaging are excluded.
