This kit is only for BMWs without factory angel eyes. If your BMW already has factory angel eyes that use bulbs, you need the LED angel eye bulbs; if its rings are factory LED or were fitted later, ask us before buying.
It only fits the 3 Series E90 saloon and E91 Touring built up to 08/2008 with halogen headlights. Got an E92 coupé, an E93 convertible or an M3? It isn't for you either: they all have factory angel eyes, as do the E90 and E91 with xenon headlights or built from 09/2008 onwards.
Professional installation is not included in the price: get an installation quote before buying so you know the total cost. In 99% of cases the headlight has to be opened with heat and resealed, and it must be done by a professional with extensive headlight experience. After you buy, we'll ask you for your VIN and two photos of the front of your car to check that the kit is the right one; shipping is subject to that check.
If your E90 or E91 has halogen headlights and was built up to 08/2008, it left the factory without BMW's most recognisable light signature: angel eyes, which in those years only came with xenon headlights. Is it right for my BMW?
- YES: 3 Series E90 saloon and E91 Touring built up to 08/2008 with halogen headlights. These are the ones without factory angel eyes.
- NO: E90 and E91 with xenon headlights, any year. They already have factory angel eyes.
- NO: E90 and E91 built from 09/2008 onwards (the LCI facelift model), with halogen or xenon headlights. They already have them as standard.
- NO: E92 coupé and E93 convertible, any year and version. They all have them as standard.
- NO: M3 E90, E92 and E93. These have them as standard too.
Is your BMW on the NO list? If its factory rings use bulbs, what you need are the LED angel eye bulbs: they replace those bulbs so the rings shine white, and they're fitted from the back of the headlight, without opening it (we recommend having it done by a workshop or someone with experience). If your rings are factory LED or were fitted later, ask us before buying.
How do I check? Switch on the sidelights (on the light switch, the symbol with two small lights) and look at the headlights from the front. If you see rings of light around the lamps, even in just one headlight, your car has rings: they may be factory-fitted or fitted later, and the colour alone isn't enough to tell which type they are. If you don't see any, look at the headlights with the lights off: the rings show up as translucent circles around each lamp, and if they're there but don't light up, it may be a blown bulb. If you can't see them with the lights off either, your E90 or E91 most likely doesn't have them. This test is a good guide, but it isn't foolproof.

It must be done by a professional with extensive headlight experience: if it's done badly, the headlight can break or end up poorly sealed and let in moisture or water. Professional installation is not included in the price: get an installation quote from a workshop that specialises in headlights before buying so you know the total cost.
What we'll ask you for after you buy
Once you've completed your purchase, we'll send you a link where you can provide:
- Your VIN (vehicle identification number): 17 characters; it appears on your vehicle registration document (the V5C logbook in the UK) and other official vehicle papers.
- Two photos of the front of your car: one with the lights on (sidelights are enough) and one with the lights off.
Also let us know if the headlights have been replaced or rings have been fitted before. We use this to check the kit you've bought: that your 3 Series doesn't have factory angel eyes and that the kit is the right one for your headlights. Shipping is subject to that check: we prepare your shipment as soon as the check is complete, so the sooner you send us the details, the sooner your order arrives. If we spot any discrepancy, we'll get in touch before shipping.

Can I fit it if my BMW already has factory angel eyes, like the E92, E93 and M3?
No. These rings can't be fitted to a car that already has factory angel eyes, and every E92 coupé, E93 convertible and M3 has them. If your factory rings use bulbs, what you need are the LED angel eye bulbs: we'll identify the ones your headlight takes. If they're factory LED or were fitted later, ask us before buying.

1. Compatibility and contents: This product may relate to an exploded-view diagram (parts diagram). When the diagram is available, only the part circled in red is included. If there is no circle, only the OEM reference shown in the title is included. If you have any doubt about what is included, write to us before buying and we will confirm it. Manuals, guides and installation assistance are not included.
2. Compatibility with your vehicle: For parts that require it we will ask you for the vehicle identification number (VIN) right after your purchase, during order preparation. We use it to verify compatibility before shipping anything. If you would rather be sure beforehand, send us your VIN via chat and we will check it with you.
3. Delivery timeframes: The timeframe shown on this page is already calculated for your country from recent shipments: that is your reference. If your order is delayed, we will let you know. The planned maximum delivery period for this destination is 90 calendar days from order confirmation, unless another period is expressly agreed or mandatory law requires a shorter one. Estimated dates are indicative. If your shipment goes through customs, clearance procedures may delay the estimated delivery. If this happens, we will review your order and let you know the available options.
4. Shipping and return costs: You have 30 days to request a return under our commercial policy: up to day 14 without giving a reason, and from day 15 to 30 if the product is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Your country (United States) is outside the European Union: you arrange the international transport yourself, tracked, to the warehouse your order was shipped from, and declare it at customs as a return of goods. You send us the carrier, proof of shipment and invoice through the link you receive. 5. Installation: All our products must be installed by a qualified professional. Assembly instructions are not included and we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.
6. Warranty: Up to 2 years of the seller’s commercial warranty on manufacturing defects for eligible products. It does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility where the VIN was not verified. We review every request before authorising the shipment. If accepted, you arrange and pay for a tracked shipment upfront — under warranty we never issue a label, whatever your country — and provide carrier, tracking, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty is upheld, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard transport after auditing the invoice and comparing at least three equivalent services. Optional insurance, extras and surcharges for weight or volume avoidable with correct packaging are excluded.
