All products on this website are not designed for installation by an end user. Installation should only be carried out by persons with appropriate specialist training or a motor vehicle specialist. For this reason, no installation instructions are included with the product.  Prices do not include installation costs.

After this period, GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU, as part of its commercial policy, may offer at your discretion an extended return policy, under the following conditions:

  • If the withdrawal is communicated between the day 15 and day 30 from receipt of the order, the refund will be made through gift card, for a 50% of the amount paid, discounting the bills shipping and return. Return conditions

Shipping and return costs

The User will assume the shipping and return costs, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Return of defective products or shipping error

If the User receives a defective or erroneous product, they must contact GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU immediately through the means indicated in the section Contact.

Guarantees

All products sold on this website have a legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures not attributable to the user.
