For the purposes of these Conditions, it is understood that the activity that GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU carries out through the Website includes:

• Sale of new and/or second-hand spare parts and accessories for BMW brand cars.

Without exception, GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU does not carry out installations. 3. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS

All products on this website are not designed for installation by an end user. Installation should only be carried out by persons with appropriate specialist training or a motor vehicle specialist. For this reason, no installation instructions are included with the product.  Prices do not include installation costs.

Mandatory chassis number and return restrictions

If GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU cannot meet the estimated delivery time for reasons beyond the control of the company, the user will be notified and may choose to:

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that delivery has occurred or that the order has been delivered at the moment in which the User or a third party indicated by the User acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

The risks that may arise from the products will be borne by the User from the moment of delivery. The User must take into account that in these territories there could be situations in which taxes and customs duties are applied and accrued at destination, in accordance with current regulations, and that these could be borne by them.

After this period, GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU, as part of its commercial policy, may offer at your discretion an extended return policy, under the following conditions:

• If the withdrawal is communicated between the day 15 and day 30 from receipt of the order, the refund will be made through gift card, for a 50% of the amount paid, discounting the bills shipping and return. This refund will only be applicable as long as the product and its packaging are in perfect condition, without signs of use and with all its original accessories..

This extension of the return period does not affect the legal rights of the consumer and is an additional commercial policy offered voluntarily by GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU.

This withdrawal period will apply from the day on which the User, or a third party authorized by the User, has acquired material possession of the product.

Return conditions

Product status and possible deductions

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, including the original packaging, labels, accessories and instructions.

If the product presents damages, marks, stains, signs of use, deterioration or lack of original packaging, GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU may apply a reduction in the amount to be reimbursed based on the depreciation suffered.

• If the original packaging is damaged or missing, a reduction proportional to the damage caused will be applied, which may reach up to 50% of the value of the product.

• If the product shows obvious signs of use, dirt or damage, The reduction may be up to 75%, previously informing the User of the assessment made before the refund.

In the event that the product has been opened and its resale as a new product is affected (for example, in electronic products, cleaning products or sealed parts), GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU may deny the full refund or apply a reduction of more than 75%, in accordance with the depreciation of the product and its commercial viability. The User will be informed of said decision along with the corresponding justification.

If the product is returned without all its original accessories (cables, adapters, screws, manuals, original packaging, etc.), GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU may apply a reduction of up to 100% of the amount, if the lack of these elements prevents its resale.

Shipping and return costs

The User will assume the shipping and return costs, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

If an order is canceled by the User before it is sent to the final recipient, but after it has been processed and sent by the supplier to GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU, Transportation and administrative costs incurred up to that point will be deducted from the refund.. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Returns or cancellations of orders will not be accepted in the following cases:

Return of defective products or shipping error

If the User receives a defective or erroneous product, they must contact GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU immediately through the means indicated in the section Contact.

If the package has visible damage at the time of delivery, the User must notify it on the carrier's delivery note before accepting it and contact GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU within a maximum period of 48 hours. Claims for past shipping damage will not be accepted. 7 calendar days, unless there is documentary evidence that the damage occurred before delivery.

Guarantees

All products sold on this website have a legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures not attributable to the user.

In this sense, it is understood that the products are in accordance with the contract provided that: they conform to the description made by GERMANY VIC SHOP SLU and possess the qualities presented therein; are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended; and present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type and that are fundamentally expected of it.
