1. Compatibility and content: This product may be related to an exploded view (parts diagram). If the diagram is available, it only includes the specific part mentioned in the title/description or with its corresponding OEM reference number. Not all parts in the exploded view are included.. For any doubt about the parts included, contact us before placing your order.

2. Mandatory chassis number: During the purchasing process, in the cart, there is a section where the vehicle chassis number must be indicated. If this number is not provided when purchasing parts, We will not be able to verify compatibility with your BMW. The responsibility to verify compatibility prior to purchase lies with the customer.

3. Delivery times: delivery time approximate for our products is 2 to 7 business days if they are in stock in Spain 🇪🇸, and 7 to 14 business days if they are in stock in Germany 🇩🇪 . In some cases, the term may extend up to 30 business days due to manufacturing, availability or logistics circumstances. For customized or frame-configured products, pre-shipment processing may take 7 to 14 additional business days. If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping and return costs:

• The buyer will assume the indicated shipping and return costs, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

• The cost may vary depending on the amount (insurance), weight, volume and destination of the package.

5. Installation and warranty: All products must be installed by a qualified professional. Assembly instructions are not included and We are not responsible for failures resulting from incorrect installation. The 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility if the VIN was not verified prior to purchase.
