3. Delivery timeframes: The timeframe shown on this page is already calculated for your country from recent shipments: that is your reference. If your order is delayed, we will let you know. The planned maximum delivery period for this destination is 90 calendar days from order confirmation, unless another period is expressly agreed or mandatory law requires a shorter one. Estimated dates are indicative. If your shipment goes through customs, clearance procedures may delay the estimated delivery. It does not cover installation errors, misuse or incompatibility where the VIN was not verified. We review every request before authorising the shipment. If accepted, you arrange and pay for a tracked shipment upfront — under warranty we never issue a label, whatever your country — and provide carrier, tracking, proof of shipment and invoice. If the warranty is upheld, we reimburse the necessary and reasonable standard transport after auditing the invoice and comparing at least three equivalent services. Optional insurance, extras and surcharges for weight or volume avoidable with correct packaging are excluded.
