For customized or frame-configured products, pre-shipment processing may take 7 to 14 additional business days. If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Shipping and return costs:
• The buyer will assume the indicated shipping and return costs, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

5. Installation and warranty: All products must be installed by a qualified professional. Assembly instructions are not included and We are not responsible for failures resulting from incorrect installation.
